We are a specialty retailer whose focus is on our guest’s achievement and satisfaction.

The New Balance retail store applicant should have or provide:

  • retail or customer service experience,
  • enjoy working with and meeting new and diverse range of people
  • believe in excellent customer service
  • be able to share a passion for knowledge of product and its performance
  • be available days to 8 or 9pm (during Holidays) and weekends. Our hours are not typical ‘mall’ hours. We can generally work schedules to meet individual needs.

Sales associate responsibilities after training will include, among other things:

  • providing a welcoming store with friendly greetings for our guests,
  • ability to talk with our guests and help assess their wants and needs
  • merchandise presentation and the ability to size and fit it properly
  • proficiency of product knowledge in the wide variety of New Balance product
  • setting the scene in the front and back rooms for productive and efficient use
  • being a positive and interactive team member

We will train you:

  • in professional fitting skills
  • to a high level of product knowledge on New Balance products
  • how to educate our customers on the features and benefits of our product
